#106 Hotel Eden

Cruising, in the night of once a utopia city,
supposedly it was bustling,
but that night, it was different.

That night, the stars and planets are all aligned.

We could see faint glow of Mercury and Venus,
and in your eyes I could see the whole universe.

I knew where we were heading to,
but I couldn't help myself to keep calm.
Because I knew what we were about to do,
and in my thoughts, I had to do that jump.

We have arrived at the Hotel Eden.

It. Was. Massive.

Blue light features all over the walls shooting upwards.
But dimmed, enough to allow people slowly drown into their sleeps.
Easily.

And I was in awe of its unending verticality.
I could see Hotel Eden went on and on into the space up there,
glimmering stars and darkish purple gas clouds.

I was surprised!
Even when we were inside of Hotel Eden, there were still gas clouds and stars.
Almost as if Hotel Eden is a gateway to the other worlds above.

While you were at the receptionist,
I was completely at a loss.

In this vast space, which I thought, could house a Grand Ballroom.
With spares to be filled.
Oh, such a marvelous architecture,
and it was beyond from what I could comprehend.

You grabbed my arm away from fantasy, closer to you.
Firm but lovingly.
I saw your eyes once again, and they were glowing brighter than before.
Magical. Your eyes hypnotized.

Because of your eyes, all I remembered was nothing,
but we were both in the glass-made elevator now.

You overwhelmed me,
with your sincere smile,
even your breathes warmed me.

Your whispers as dulcet as Siren's.

One by one you strip off your clothes.
But I was hesitated to even took one piece of mine.

I took a look outside and I saw city of lights,
so small from up here.
We were getting higher and higher,
while you waiting for me to give an answer,

You waited ever so patiently.

Now, we were so high that we were in the gas clouds.
I had made decision.
Whatever words I might say, you proved that you loved me.

You had showed your everything.
But I was blind, and my heart could not see it all.

It was the last moments,
I tried my best to be as romantic as I could,
gave you one last passionate kiss,
took a deep gaze into the universe of your eyes.

Glasses shattered.

Before I left you,
I gave you one last look.
Determined,

I jumped.
