#66 reborn
Anything I wanted I had,
but then everything seemed hard to be grasped,
you slipped away easily,
you used to be someone I knew,
now you someone lurking in the shadow,
something was lingering in my head,
in silence I sat at the corner of an old cafe,
"it would be impossible for me to forget all of this,"
but I was wrong, wrong enough to know that I had to admit,
succumb and devote all my consciences to sayings,
that I always afraid to hear,
'enough is enough',
'if it's meant to be, then it will be',
no more chances for you that I would call you,
'love', 'dear', 'sweetheart' or even 'baby',
and I can't be sorry,
because we knew that no matter how far we were trying to run away,
the thing that we wished to never happen, happened,
now you have that regret nesting in your heart,
it's been thousands and millions times I told you,
to do not be sad and move on,
you'll find someone better or at least I hope,
as good as me,
you are a princess, I told you,
but from a different region that I couldn't even sure,
if I would survive or live, what more with you,
I'm a wanderer, I seek adventure,
in my journey I only look for one thing and one thing only,
and that is love,
and along the way I had died, inside,
heart broken and shattered to pieces,
there's no one to be blame,
on you, or even past lovers,
trust me when I say you'll live happily,
like fairy tale, happily ever after,
I'll remember all those things happened between us,
I'll keep it resonating back and forth,
bouncing and echoing in a castle hall that once was made by our dreams,
even though you'll find my name,
engraved in one of those rose gardens,
but don't worry, we will be reborn,
once again,
to restart, and walk down our own paths,
of new avenues,
may someday, some places we meet again,
with kindness and delight,
until then, let me be reborn.
